Life Celebration’s Remote Support allows our team to securely connect to your computer and help resolve issues quickly, so you can stay focused on serving families.
How to Connect
- Call 888-887-3782 to get started
- Press 1 if you do not have an Envision system installed (Print Design Team)
- Press 2 if you do have an Envision system installed (Envision Support Team)
A Life Celebration team member will guide you through the next steps.
- During the call, you’ll receive a 9-digit Support Key
- Enter your first name
- Enter the Support Key
- Click Connect to begin the session
- You’ll be prompted to download the GoTo Opener application
- Click Open GoToOpener to run the application
- The system will automatically launch GoToAssist
- Click Join Session to complete the connection
If the GoTo Opener application does not automatically download:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download GoTo Opener manually
- Check your Downloads folder
- Open the application to launch GoToAssist
- Click Join Session to connect with our team
